The title of this monthly periodical translates as ‘health’. While there is information of interest to men, this publication is quite clearly aimed at a female readership. Even more, it seems as much dedicated to beauty products and fashion as it is to fitness and healthy cooking, the term ‘health’ being used in a rather broad sense that somehow includes anything from horoscopes and dating experiences to lip gloss and word games.
